SHIPPING

ORDER TRACKING: All original artworks, including works on canvas/panel, wall sculptures, miscroscope slides and works on paper are sent via tracked delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you would like expedited shipping for your order, please message me directly for shipping upgrade options and prices.

GUARANTEE A copy of your purchase receipt and certificate of authenticity is included with your package. If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify us. We will be happy to include a card with the message of your choice and will not include any receipts or invoices.

DISPATCH TIMES: Items will be shipped within 1-5 days of receiving an order. An email shipping notification update will be sent once an order has been shipped.

CUSTOM &IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

THEFT: Please ensure that the order is being shipped to a secure location as I assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.


CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

RETURNS: All items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please contact me via email at ginajacklinart@outlook.com within 7 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Once the item has been received, a full refund will be made.

DAMAGED ORDERS: Please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Upon agreement please return the item(s) to me (obtain proof of postage with tracking and a copy/photo of receipt). A replacement/refund of your order will be issued once the proof of postage and a copy of receipt has been provided). Please note any shipping costs incurred when sending back an item are not refundable.


AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY: A certificate of authenticity is included in your package as proof that the work is genuine and authentic and acts as a sales receipt, ensuring a successful and smooth transaction.

GIFT RECEIPT: If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify me. I will be happy to include a card with the message of your choice.


OTHER FAQ'S

CURRENCY: All prices are listed in CAD ($).

FRAMING: No other framing options are currently available outside of those already included with certain artworks. If you're looking to frame your artwork, finding a professional framing shop is recommended for the best results.
